Italian Job car plates to be auctioned at Cheffins

Number plates from the Mini Coopers which starred in the classic 1969 film the Italian Job - alongside Michael Caine - are to go under the hammer.
The three plates are expected to fetch up to £20,000 in the sale at Cheffins auctioneers in Cambridge on 26 January.

1934 Packard Speedster sells for $3.2 million

A 1934 Packard Twelve Runabout Speedster with custom bodywork by LeBaron, is the top-selling automobile so far this week among the Valley’s four collector-car auctions.
The 12-cylinder Packard roadster hit $2.9 million on the block, or $3.2 million with auction fees, at RM Auction’s one-day event at the Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa
